People say im dumb cos even after not living in Cyberjaya, I still travel far and pay for 2 tolls to get to ma car workshop in Seri Kembangan. But guess what..IT'S WORTH IT!

Here's why.

1. They answer every questions I have about my car
2. They never force me to buy new products on the market just for the sake of selling it
3. They enlighten me about what my baby car needs and prioratize the changes needed based on the damage and my budget
4. They would prioratize my car when I send it in on pack Sunday (given the fact that I call them first)
5. They would open early/stay back late when I need an emergency checkup.

There are more to that list! One time I told them that I would collect my car a lil late; at night, in a cab. Being the awesome human beings that they are, all of them waited for me at the food stall next to the workshop! Even the boss! How amazing is that?? Then again..i end up goin with Aini. (U know I dont favour public transportation :P)

And what triggered me to write about this is because of what happened today. My front tyre got busted by a super big screw from the road (stupid ss7 junction..still under construction! >.<). So I called my mechanic up, and he said he will come over at night to change it to spare tyre (since i dunno how to do that :P). I told him to take my car away to the workshop since it needs to be serviced anyways, but he said he will be coming alone, but he will c what he can do. Later around 8+/9, he called up before leaving the workshop to get the address and also put a smile on ma face instantly by saying "saya bawa orang untuk ambil kereta". it was like music in my ears. (well u c..since the workshop is far away..i usually postpone ma journey there due to laziness! so to get em to collect ma car is just freaking awesome!)

So I brought my car down from parking to get it outside the condo since they waited there. And guess who accompanied ma mechanic to get ma car? no. guess again. give up? the boss! he told me what need to be done to the car..and since ma engine made loud noises..he suggested what to be done n everything. and he end the meet up with "selamat hari raya!"

See. Loyalty is priceless. Every organization, company, corporate needs this..esp internally..and externally. its what we call resonance.

P.S: Those who wants to give a shot with the workshop, it's Bridgestone workshop in Seri Kembangan, beside the police station, near the Jusco/McD ;)

Cheers~ and Salam Aidiladha!

I loveeeeeeeeeeeeee McD! Really. I can eat it everyday..once upon a time that is. :P
Even when I travelled to Sabah and Terengganu, we had McD once we landed! Hahahahaha. Then again, that was out of desperation. :P But my point is that I LOVE McD~!

I love everything thats on the menu. From Mc Chicken to Fillet O Fish to the fried chickens. The only thing i dont is the McRempits!!!

You can say Im the queen of fast food. Most of the time I get em delivered. I bet you don't know that you can get Nandos deliverd now do you? :P I just wish they can get KFC delivered too. But I hate McD delivery team. Esp the one in Kelana Jaya. They all 'lepak' right in front of the front door. None-of them look trustworthy, they ride their bike dangerously. One time i nearly hit a McD delivery guy in my condo parking as he was riding it like a crazy fella! They don't follow the traffic rules and always hit the red lights.

Unlike the Dominos' delivery dudes who will wish you properly after ringing your door bell, McD delivery guys will ring the bell as if they are in a hurry to pee! They will not even wish you good day or anything. Even though it is requested by McDonalds for the customer to sign the delivery receipt, they never get it done.

Maybe McD should look into that, especially since they provide 24/7 delivery service.

Cheers~ and hidup fast food! :P

I dont think I can ever fly Firefly from KL to Terengganu..esp in this weather! I couldnt even handle MAS'! I had one of the worst flights to Terengganu yesterday. Mainly cos of the weather. We were supposed to land at 8.30pm..instead we landed at 8.50pm...just circling around the dark stormy clouds before we could get a thumbs up to land.

No no..thats not the worst part. Our hotel. Gosh.. from Le Meridian in Sabah to TY Midtown Hotel in Terengganu! Some 1 or 2 star hotel..thats not even listed in the world wide web! Oh my God...the toilet was just creepy...I told Mary and Yanti..ill limit ma usage of the toilet! Hahahahaha!

We walked to McD at 10pm since everywhere else were closed. First time looking at McD that was spelled in Jawi. :P Kelantan does that too?

Anyways, the meeting went a-ok the next morning in Marang. Ofcourse we didnt get there without some challenges. The breakfast was weird and the cab driver charged us double!! Mary..maybe cos u r white :P hehe

But the best part was after that. We went shopping. I...who declared broke..spent RM260!! just RM5 less than Mary! Hahahahahahaha. We shopped till the extend where I could no longer walk! Dumb of me to not change into slippers. You should never shop in 3" heels!!

Here's the best part. I have to give amazing credit to En Syed, TM Internal Brand Ambassador from Kuantan who had made my day..and Mary and Yanti's too definitely. He was kind enough to drive us back from Marang to K.T so we could check out..brought us to have nice kampung lunch before dropping us off to shop and picking us up back 2 and a half hours later. He brought us to witness the "Crystal Mosque", Lopong (is that the name? We got all our lekor from there), the museum, and a few others. A nice ride indeed. Then he brought us back to his sis' in-law's place to freshen up and pack our things before serving us AMAZING nasi dagang and fetching us back to the airport. I cannot think of another kind soul than him for being such an amazing being to have been as kind as he was to us. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you En Syed.

So that was it. I reached KLIA around 10.30pm just now..oh and did i mention in my slippers?? Hahahahaha. I just couldnt walk anymore. Had to change into slippers no matter how businesslike-smart-dressed i was. :P

It's 12.30am now. Im just done unpacking AND repacking for Penang tomorrow. Will update on that soon. :)

Cheers~

Ok..after reading back my prev post...i guess i sounded pretty emotional. :P but well..thats how i felt..or still feel!

Anyways, what I was trying to point out is that...none of the staffs there are willing to take that extra leap to strengthen their service. Actually the problem doesn't only exist within MAS, but many other companies too. Sadly to say even in TM. Ppl just refuse to spend that lil extra effort, or energy or even a plain SMILE just because it is out of their on-the-paper- job scope. How sad is that?

I believe that you should treat ppl the way you want to be treated no matter in what ever condition. If your customer is yelling and angry, stop, pause, and think. If I'm in his/her situation, what would I appreciate ppl to do at that moment? Even if you can't help out, say something that can help calm the situation. It's all about psychology.

At the end of the day, no matter what business line you are in, what position you hold, we are all working in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Agree?

Tuesday, 4th Dec 07...I'll remember that day FOREVER cos Ive never felt humiliated than ever before!

Flying was once fun. Once upon a time, it felt good being greeted by airlines staff. They made us feel welcomed and in a way thank us for flying with their airlines..cos that means we can afford to...which also means we support the airline...and also says "kachinggg~" into their bank accounts at the end of the month. Once upon a time Malaysia Airlines..or better known as MAS was an awesome airline. Good receptionist, good ticket counter, good cabin crews, good pilots..even good planes. Now? Lets just say they are lucky they are the only 'executive' Malaysia's airline around.

I've been flying since I can remember. I've discovered the clouds in many airlines. But have I never felt unwelcomed as I felt last Tuesday.

I was assigned to conduct a Focus Group in Sabah with MCG Asia. Yanti and I was scheduled for a 4.15pm flight. We reached KLIA just in time for a standby checkin. Well...yeah it was a bit late for normal checkins...but I mean..come on...all you need to do was to call the crew and ask if we can still check in or not. Shouldnt it be a customer-friedly service? Anyways...after giving up from arguing with the snobbish MAS staff at the counter, we went down to the MAS ticket counter to pay penalty for the next flight suggested by the snobbish asshole; 4.55pm. Ofcourse he had to make me feel like im some first time flyer when i asked for a confirmation of the penalty charge..."RM100"he said. i asked "eh expensive d? (i remembered it was less than that last time).." and he had to say "ye la. ni buat tiket BAS!"... :O I seriously felt like shoving "excuse me! Ive flew more than your life time u asshole!" to his annoying farking face!

Since we were late, and the office was packed, I went up to the business ticket counter to ask for the lady who looked free to help us out. Without even looking up to me, she just said "this is 1st class counter" with the bitchy-attitude-face. i just had to answer "what kind of service is this??" n yanti just pull me aside to calm me down.

Fine. Yanti then approached the NORMAL flight counter staffs to get their help. Gosh..she was actually literaly begging em to help us out! And they were just giving her the attitude face! "I'm bz. Can't you c? Are u asking me to get my friends to leave their customers to attend to yours instead??" Goshhhh! I just had to walk away! Cos I know I'll just burst! No one is asking you to LEAVE your customers to attend to us. But can't you say it politely? Something that sooth us who are rushing for our flights..rather than pissing us off and adding more stress on our shoulders??? Geeeshhh!

In the end, a kind guy helped us out. paid 100bucks each for the penalty and ran up to checkin. it was 4.30. the flight scheduled at 4.55. once we reached the counter, the farking snobbish staff just looked our ticket, looked up to us and said "DAH TUTUP". what the fuck?? that was when i just BURST! he suggested for 4.55 flight. asked us to go down to pay penalty. n once we get back to check in...he just fucking plainly say CLOSED! goshhhhh!!! i started yelling cos it doesnt make sense! he didnt even check at the system or ask the other crews if we could still get up the plane. i know i was yelling pretty loud as some of the guys lining up at the next lane turned to look at us. and just guess what he did? MERAJUK! wtf... "why are u yelling at me?? u r the one who's late. i didnt promise 4.55. who said there's seats for 4.55??" arrghhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

it is so not me to rush for a flight. usually ill just grab a flight that ill have ample time to checkin or what not. but yanti seems determined to get up that plane. so she begged the guy to help us out. n so he did. he checked the system and called up the crew at the gate and there are seats available. ofcourse he didnt let us go without lecturing us and the "see! if u talk nicely i would help right? ur friend tu..she should talk nicely to me". wth la! my flights are part of your salary u jerk! n u r the caused for us to miss our first flight..and nearly the 2nd. if i hadnt yelled and if we were as soft as we were earlier on...i bet he wouldnt have allowed us to get up that flight either! and the worst part...when we reached the gate, no one even board the plane yet! and there were so many empty seats on the plane; more than 10!! arrhhhh!!!

what the hell ever happened to MAS staff???? its bad enough there are so many delayed flights lately...the staff and crews are just making situations worst! aihhhh....

I admit I dont fly AirAsia much. Mainly cos I dont like to walk to the plane..or the airport..or the plane. But seriously...the counter staff are much muchh better than MAS'.

One thing I learnt...never underdress when you fly. Always look your best so ppl take you seriously. We'll c to that this Monday when I fly for Terengganu instead.

Cheers~
